paragraph 1 of this regulation are regulations on such control
of firearms, their parts and components and ammunition referred
European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 258/2012

5. the reason for the export,
6. export procedure,
7. the requested validity period of the permit, the intended timing of
the export and, where applicable, the contract date, and
8. what type of permit applied for.
If the applicant is a legal entity, the application shall also
indicate the name, personal identification code and residence of the
natural persons who have a definite influence on the
legal entity.
In the case of an application relating to temporary export in accordance with article 9 (2) (c)
European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 258/2012,
the strength of the applicant's lawful possession of the firearm.
The information contained in the application shall be submitted in their honour.
