Introductory provision
section 1 of this regulation provides that supplement
European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 of
on 17 april 2013 on guidelines for trans-European
energy infrastructure and repealing decision
1364/2006/EC and amending regulations (EC) no
713/2009, (EC) no 714/2009 and Regulation (EC) no 715/2009.
Competent national authority
section 2 of the Government is the competent national authority pursuant to article
8 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 347/2013.
Delegation to the Energy markets Inspectorate
paragraph 3 of the energy market Inspectorate shall fulfil the relevant
the tasks of the authority with regard to such categories of
energy infrastructure as set out in annex II, points 1 and 2
to Regulation (EU) No 347/2013. The Government will, however, retain
the responsibility for setting time limits.
The energy market Inspectorate shall regularly hold the Government
informed of ongoing proceedings in accordance with article 10 of
Regulation (EU) No 347/2013.
Collaboration schedule
paragraph 4 such a comprehensive decision referred to in article 2(2) of
Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 shall be issued in accordance with the
the cooperation scheme as referred to in article 8(3) of the regulation.
Manual
paragraph 5 of the Energy market Inspectorate shall prepare and publish
a handbook in accordance with article 9(1) of Regulation (EC) no
347/2013.
The dialog for the application procedure
6 § when the energy markets Inspectorate fulfills the competent authority shall, as soon as there is such a project as defined in article 2(6) of Regulation (EU) No 347/2013, engage in a dialogue with the project owner and county administrative boards involved in the project on how to application procedure under article 10 of the regulation shall be implemented. Notice to the Swedish environmental protection agency
section 7 of the regulation according to § 11 (1998:905) on environmental impact assessments, governmental authorities becomes aware of an activity or action which is likely to have significant effects on the environment in another country shall notify the environmental protection agency about this. Regulation (2015:366).
