Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions supplementing

Act (2013:794) if certain registry for research on what legacy

environmental and human health.



Which may process personal data and the records may

be brought



section 2 of the annex to this regulation,



1. What are the State universities or colleges that receive

process personal data according to the law (2013:794) on certain

Register for research about what heritage and environmental

human health, and



2. the records under the act as may be brought.



Data for genetic studies



section 3 of the register kept under the Act (2013:794) on certain

Register for research about what heritage and environmental

human health, the data relating to genetic

examinations are recorded if they relate to individual

variations in the genome.



Annex



In accordance with section 2 of the Act (2013:794) if certain registry for

research on what legacy environmental and human health

gets the State universities or colleges listed below

as the controller to process personal data in the

specified registers.
