Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions for assistance with
service abroad and in Sweden.
If the law has a provision that
depart from this regulation, the terms of that provision.
2 § At assistance with service under this regulation

Assistance with the service of documents abroad

1. the individual has attempted to communicate to the receiver in the
other State, but this could not be done, or
2. There is no opportunity for the person to apply for
assistance with the service in the other State.

1. name, social security number or date of birth, and
citizenship,
2. name and registration number of the legal person,
3. address, phone number, email address and other
contact information,
4. indication of when the last service mission to be reported
and the reasons for it,
5. an indication of any request that the document be
enforced in a certain way,
6. the previous record of service trials and the reasons for
assistance is requested by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm,
7. contact details of the person making the application, and
8. a brief summary of the contents of the documents
to be served.
The application shall be attached to the documents to be served.

Assistance with the service in Sweden

If the document to be served is translated into another language
than what follows from the first subparagraph,
the recipient of service in connection with the service, be informed
that his or her consent in some cases required by
paragraph 4 (a) of the Act of service.

section 17 of the Stockholm County Administrative Board should not take out any
fee to assist with service overseas or in Sweden
with the exception of that of the individual applicant pursuant to section 22
procedural regulation (2011:154).
