Scope of the directive



section 1 of this Regulation shall apply for the purposes of the law

(2013:948) for support in the event of short-time work.



Application for provisional support



section 2 of the application for provisional aid within the meaning of section 18 of the Act

(2013:948) for support in the event of short-time work should contain information

If



1. the requesting employer,



2. whether the employer is bound by such

the collective agreement referred to in section 15, the law on assistance in

short-time work,



3. whether the conditions for the aid have been met, and



4. the amount requested.



Notice of reconciliation



section 3 of The notice of declaration under section 29 of the Act (2013:948) if

support in the event of short-time work should include information about



1. the employer,



2. the amount requested, and



3. any amount that the employer is required to

pay.



Amount



section 4 of The maximum amounts referred to in paragraph 4 of the 2 teams (2013:948) if

support in the event of short-time work will be 40 000 kroons.



Authorization



paragraph 5 of the tax Board may announce further provisions on

the enforcement of the law (2013:948) on assistance in

short-time work and regulations on the implementation of this

Regulation.
