Introductory provisions

This regulation contains provisions on State aid
for voluntary remedial support activities conducted between the spring and
Autumn semester (summer school) or during other holidays.
The purpose of the Government contribution is that students who are not reached or
risk not reaching the knowledge requirements to gain increased opportunity to
reach them.
Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds.

Conditions for State aid
3 § State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to the

to meet the knowledge requirements of one or more substances.

State subsidy is payable for expenses for
1. teaching during school holidays for a student who needs it for
to reach the knowledge requirements for the grade E in one or more subjects
and passing grades 6, 7, 8 or 9 in elementary school, grade 6
in the same school, or grades 7, 8, 9 or 10 of the special school,
or, in the case of teaching during the summer vacation, have
gone in any of these grades, and
2. teaching during school holidays for students in secondary school
who need it in order to reach the knowledge requirements for the grade E in one
or courses that are included in the student's individual

For the summer school or teaching during the second
school holidays which the Government intends to be the principal

Refunds and chargebacks
10 § whoever has received State grants under this
Regulation is the repayment obligation, if
1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or
any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided
improperly or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or
with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
3. the recipient does not submit such information as referred to in section 9,
or
4. the refund has not been used for the purpose for which it has
granted for.
