§ 1 a municipality may, in addition to the transportation service provide

financial support for the acquisition and adaptation of a

motor vehicle to a person with a disability

(mobility assistance), in order to increase his or her opportunities

to move.



section 2 of a municipality may provide mobility support provided

that it should receive the support



– agree to support, and



– authorized for transportation service pursuant to lagen (1997:736) if

transportation service, but



– do not have the right to car allowance under

the social security code.



Government or after the Government's authorization, a municipality may

provide for additional conditions for

granting of mobility support.

If the flight service to the regional public transportation authority

the County may also transfer to the authority to take decisions in

individual cases where the provision of mobility aids.
