Introductory provisions



section 1 of this regulation provides for State aid

to the providers of basic payment services. The purpose of the

support is aimed at all members of society should have access to

basic payment services at reasonable prices.

Conditions for support

Determining authority

Application

the County Administrative Board in the county where the basic payment services

Refunds and chargebacks

2. the aid for any other reason have been granted incorrectly or

3. the conditions for the aid have not been respected.

repayment required if any of the grounds referred to in paragraph 13 of

1-3.

payment services are provided may decide to fully or partially

claim back the aid. If there are special reasons,

the County Board may waive requirements for the repayment in full or in

partially.



Appeal

2014:139



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.
