Introductory provisions
section 1 of this regulation provides for State aid
to the providers of basic payment services. The purpose of the
support is aimed at all members of society should have access to
basic payment services at reasonable prices.

necessary permits or mandatory registration under

Determining authority
section 6 of the County Administrative Board in the county where the basic
payment services shall be provided to the hearing under this
Regulation.

Application
section 8, an application for assistance shall be made in writing to
the County Administrative Board in the county where the basic payment services
shall be provided.
The application shall be signed by the applicant.
The information contained in the application shall be submitted in their honour.
§ 9 a company applying for aid must provide current
the county administrative board the documents and information agency
need to be able to examine the application.
section 10 If an undertaking does not provide the documents or information
imposed by section 9, an entity shall be given the opportunity within a certain
time supplement the application. Is not an invitation to

Documentation and reporting

Refunds and chargebacks

1. the applicant for aid by providing false
information or in any other way have caused it
granted improperly or with excessive amounts,
2. the aid for any other reason have been granted incorrectly or
with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
or
3. the conditions for the aid have not been respected.
section 14 of the recipient of assistance under this regulation are
repayment required if any of the grounds referred to in paragraph 13 of
1-3.
section 15 if a beneficiary is obliged to refund under section 14,
to the County Board in the county where the basic
payment services are provided may decide to fully or partially
claim back the aid. If there are special reasons,
the County Board may waive requirements for the repayment in full or in
partially.
Appeal
section 16 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) contains provisions

Transitional provisions
2014:139
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.
2. The County Administrative Board Dalarna County first summary
