1 § Government may provide for the obligation of a

municipality that in operations in the municipality undertakes to

check the goods



1. inform the authorities as the Government determines by

a decision on an action relating to the free movement of goods

and if it is taking or intends to take such action in

the event of serious risk,



2. provide a basis in terms of market surveillance programmes

to the authorities as the Government determines,



3. provide information to public information systems

to the authorities the Government decides, and



4. provide information to government authorities

determines for them to be able to comply with their obligations as

contact points.
