This regulation contains provisions on State aid
for voluntary organisation of homework help to students.
With homework assistance referred to in this regulation help with homework and
other school work. The purpose of the State's contribution is to increase
opportunities for all students to develop as far as
possible in their learning, on the one hand, to contribute to a better
equivalence.
The State contribution is paid for one year at a time, subject to availability of
funds.

This regulation contains provisions relating to Government grants for voluntary organisation for help with homework or other school work outside the regular instructional time for students.
The purpose of the State's contribution is to increase opportunities for all students to develop as far as possible in their learning, on the one hand, to contribute to an increased equivalence.
The State contribution is paid for one year at a time, subject to availability of funds. Regulation (2016:122).
Conditions for State aid
State subsidies to the principals of the school system
2 § State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to the

Government grants for organisations

non-profit homework clubs. With a non-profit homework club
means an organization
1. has no financial gain and not the main man in the

3. in its operations respects the democratic ideas, including
equality, non-discrimination and respect for all
human equality and rights,
4. has completed at least two years and conducts its
activities in the long term, and
5. completely or partly geared toward providing homework help to
pupils.

State aid under this Regulation may also be provided to a nonprofit organization that works to provide help with homework or other school work. With such an association "means an organization that
1. has no financial gain and not the principal of the school system,
2. are democratically structured and offers insight into the business,
3. in its operations respects the democratic ideas, including equality, non-discrimination and respect for the equal dignity and rights,
4. has completed at least two years and conducts its business in the long term, and
5. completely or partially are geared toward helping students with homework or other school work outside the regular instructional time. Regulation (2016:122).

Applications and decisions on State aid

Accounting

Refunds and chargebacks
10 § whoever has received State grants under this
Regulation is the repayment obligation, if
1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or
any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided
improperly or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or
with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
3. the recipient does not submit such information as referred to in section 9,
or
4. the refund has not been used for the purpose for which it has
granted for.

Transitional provisions

1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 5 april 2016.
2. the provisions of the new wording is applied for the first time on the State aid granted after the entry into force.
3. Older provisions still apply for State aid granted before its entry into force.
