Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on extra

State subsidies to the principals of the school system that establishes

career step for more teachers in pre-school classes and primary schools

in utanförskapsområden than the paid government subsidies for

Calculation of State aid



6 § for each premium years shall establish a State school

grant framework for each principal.



Grant framework must be set at an amount equal to

the same proportion of the available funds as the number of students at the

principal's pre-school classes and primary schools in the areas

set out in the annex to this regulation is of the

total number of pupils in all pre-school classes and

primary school classes in the areas listed in the annex. Amount

shall be rounded to the nearest numbers that are evenly divisible by

85 000.



Conditions for State aid



section 7 of the State subsidy may be paid to a principal use

teachers who have been designated as the first teachers and lecturers for

teaching in a preschool or elementary school within any

of the areas listed in the annex to this regulation concerning the



1. the teacher meets the conditions laid down in paragraphs 6 to 10 Regulation

(2013:70) if State contribution to school authorities establishing

career step for teachers, and



2. the conditions set out in paragraphs 8 to 10 of this regulation.

Payment of government subsidies



section 12 of the State contribution is paid out of the State school after

requisition twice per premium years.

-the conditions laid down in paragraphs 8 and 9 are met, and



– the condition in section 6 of the Regulation (2013:70) if State aid to

school authorities establishing career step for the teacher is

met.



13 § When the principal claim government subsidies for the first time for the

Refunds and chargebacks

Authorization

for the enforcement of this regulation.



Appeal



section 16 of the State's skolverks decision under this regulation,

not subject to appeal.



Transitional provisions



2014:145



This Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2014 and

apply for the first time in the case of State aid relating to the

grant year 2014/15.
