section 1 of this Act apply to the processing of cases on nomination

the judges and advocates-General of the Court of Justice

and by the judges of the European Court of human

rights.



section 2 of the cases falling under paragraph 1 shall be given in accordance with the law (2010:1390)

appointing judges.



The provision in section 8 of the Act shall not apply.



3 § If a judge serving on the European Union's

Court stands available for continued

service, he or she is nominated without case

has been prepared under section 2.



section 4 of the Government shall appoint a person with special knowledge of

the work of the court case concerning who should attend and get

comment of the Board of judges.



The Government may entrust the Government to designate the

person referred to in the first subparagraph.



Transitional provisions



1. this law shall enter into force on 1 september 2014.



2. The law shall not apply to cases commenced before

the entry into force.
