Chapter 1. Introductory provisions



Contents of the regulation



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on

further training in the form of a fourth technical years in

the upper secondary school. The regulation includes the following chapters:



– introductory provisions (Chapter 1),



– General provisions concerning plans, courses and collaboration

(Chapter 2),



– the educational times (Chapter 3),



– education content (Chapter 4),



– competence, selection and admissions (Chapter 5.)



– support measures (Chapter 6),



– rating (Chapter 7),



– the right to go on a course (Chapter 8),



-education for the deaf and hard of hearing (Chapter 9),



-students (10 chapters),



– Government grants (Chapter 11), and



– other provisions (Chapter 12).



Definitions



2 §/expires U: 2016-01-26/

In the regulation referred to in



-the context of learning: learning in a

training carried out at one or more

jobs outside school,



– thesis: a record of the 100 high school credits that students

carries out within the framework of the qualitative targets for

– complete training: score of courses and a

Chapter 2. General provisions relating to plans, courses and

collaboration

Curriculum



section 1 of the high school comes a curriculum in accordance with Chapter 1. section 11 of the

first subparagraph, the Education Act (2010:800).



The curriculum can be found in Regulation (SKOLFS 2011:144) on the curriculum

for secondary schools. In the case of further training

the curriculum is supplemented by the exam objectives for

the subject plans under section 2.



Topic plans



(a) according to paragraph 2 of chapter 17. section 11 of the Education Act (2010:800), it

certain courses or subjects may only be held on certain

training courses.



3 § Before the State's School Announces rules with the support of

New courses

Individual study plan

Chapter 3. Learning times

Chapter 4. Education content



Education's basic content



1 § training consists of



– joint courses,

National profiles

Appropriations



section 3 of the State's school, in terms of further training

provide for



1. score the plan of study,



2. what subjects and courses that are included in the respective national

profile and profile different output, unless otherwise

3. what courses to offer joint courses,



4. What lessons, if any, should be offered as

joint courses for a national profile, and



5. what courses may be offered as elective courses.

Elective courses



4 section As elective courses within a national profile should

2. organized as an optional course, or



3. organized a national minority or an

Chapter 5. Eligibility, selection and admissions

Chapter 6. Support measures

Chapter 8. The right to go on a course

Chapter 9. Education for the deaf and hard of hearing



Content and organisation of education



1 § Örebro municipality may, if the municipality organizes training on

10 Cape. Students



Notification in case of absence

can participate in school work, it shall be notified as soon as possible.

Nordic applicants



Article 7 of the Nordic applicants apply paragraphs 8 and 9. With the Nordic

Denmark or Finland with autonomous areas or in

Iceland or Norway.



The autonomous regions are the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland.



section 8 a Nordic applicants may be accepted into a training

in the form of a fourth technical years only if the applicant by

their earlier schooling in another Nordic country

training which is essentially equivalent to a Swedish

primary education and meet the eligibility requirements for the

sought education in 17 a Cape. 4 and 16 of the Education Act

(2010:800).



Otherwise, the Nordic applicants be treated applicants from the

municipality where the training is organised.



§ 9 a principal who has received the Nordic applicants for a

further training is entitled to compensation for any such

applicants. The amount of compensation shall be decided by the Government.



Application for such compensation is made in the State's school as


decides on the remuneration of the individual case and pays out

it.



11 kap. State grant



Conditions for State aid



1 § State aid may be granted to a principal in

secondary school for further training in the form of a fourth

technical year.



Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds.

1. the operator has the potential to follow the rules

applicable to education under the Education Act (2010:800) and

3 § State aid shall not be granted for training as a replacement

provided for otherwise. Contributions may not be paid for

training activities conducted under the Regulation (1992:395) if

education within the school system.



Application for Government grants



section 4 of the application for State subsidies submitted to State school

together with an opinion on the application from a local

Programme Council for further training.



Decision on State aid



section 5 of the State's school hears questions about and pay out

State grant.



Before the National Agency for education examines questions about the premium should really hear

National Council for continuing education in the form of a fourth

technical year.

with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,



3. the refund entirely or partially unused or not

has been used for the purpose for which it has been provided for,



4. the report referred to in section 9 has not been submitted;

or

5. the recipient did not comply with the terms of the decision on the

contribution.
