section 1 of this regulation contains rules that connect

to Act (1993:305) if the right to officiate weddings in

faith communities.



Kammarkollegiet marriage records



2 § kammarkollegiet, with the help of automated processing

maintain a register of religious communities with marriage licences and

their authorized marriage officiators (marriage registry).



The College is personal responsible according to

personal data Act (1998:204) for the table.



The Privacy Act applies unless otherwise provided by this

Regulation.



paragraph 3, personal data may be processed in the wedding registry if

marriage licences and the appointment of a Registrar under

Act (1993:305) if the right to officiate weddings within religious communities

as well as the supervision to which the College exercises according to the law.



Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in the first

4 § in the marriage register, the following information must be recorded on the

each denomination with the marriage State:



1. the name, postal address, email address and telephone number,



2. the competent contact person for the community in issues of marriage

as well as his or her name, social security number or date of birth,

postal address, email address and telephone number,



3. date of decision about marriage licence and recall

State.



In the marriage register, the following information is recorded for each

authorized registrar:



1. name, social security number or date of birth, postal address,

email address and telephone number,



2. the religious community that the Minister exercises his

activities in the field,



3. date of decision for the appointment and recall

the appointment.



Other information necessary for the supervision of kammarkollegiet

under the Act (1993:305) if the right to officiate weddings in

religious communities shall be recorded in the register.



paragraph 5 of the provisions of the personal data Act (1998:204) about

rectification and Indemnity apply to the processing of

personal data under this regulation.



The tax agency's inspection and notification obligations



section 6 of the Revenue Commissioners shall, unless it is unnecessary, in connection

with that fact is notified of a marriage check against

wedding registry that the person who performed the marriage ceremony was appointed as

Registrar at the time of the ceremony and that it

religious community he or she belongs to had the marriage State.



Kammarkollegiet may allow direct access to the Swedish tax agency

such personal data in the register which is needed for the work's

handling cases according to the Marriage Act.
