section 1 of this Act contains provisions on guidelines for

municipal land views.



With land display referred to in this Act, an agreement between the

a municipality and a developer who gives the developer the exclusive right to

for a limited period of time and under given conditions to negotiate with

the municipality if the transfer of a set of

the municipality owned the land for settlement.



section 2 of The municipality shall adopt guidelines for land views.

The guidelines shall include the municipality's points of departure and destination

for transfers or leases of land for

settlement, administrative procedures and basic conditions

for land views and principles for land.



A municipality that does not perform any markan views are not

required to adopt such guidelines.
