1 §/expires U: 2016-02-01/State historical museums to promote

knowledge of and interest in Sweden's history and to

preserving and developing the cultural heritage authority

manages.



The authority includes the State historical museum and

Kungl. the coin Cabinet – the Swedish economic museum.

The authority shall ensure that its activities should be a concern for all people in society.



The authority includes the State historical museum and the Royal.

the coin Cabinet – the Swedish economic museum.

Regulation (2015:1007).



section 2 of the State Historical Museum's area of operation is the

history built on the archaeological material, as well as Church

art history.



The compilation area for the State historical museum includes

objects which have a connection with the Museum's field of activity.



section 3 of the Royal. the coin Cabinet – the Swedish economic Museum

area of activity is the Swedish monetary and financial history, and

medallic art.



The compilation area for the Royal. the coin Cabinet – Swedish

economic museum includes coins and other means of payment

as well as medals and other Numismatic items or

finance historical ties.



4 § the museums shall conduct archaeological commissions.



5 § the museums shall, in particular,



1. nurture, listing, scientifically process and by

new acquisitions enriching the collections entrusted to the

authority,



2. managing and nurturing the ancient finds that the Swedish National Heritage Board

Decides to bring the authority,



3. keep a selection of the collections available for

the public and carry out exhibitions and other

educational activities,



4. supporting regional and local museums in their

area of activity,



5. promote increased knowledge based on research and collaboration

with others, such as universities and colleges, and convey

knowledge in its field of activity, and



6. integrating a gender equality, diversity and

child perspective as well as an international and intercultural

Exchange and cooperation.



6 § the museums shall report information on their

visitor development to the Agency for cultural analysis.

Authorities shall consult on the reporting

needed.



7 § the museums shall follow up the regional outcomes

of their activities and report it to the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs.

section 8 in addition to the information which it has under the

1 – 7 sections, it may provide goods and undertake to perform

research, surveys and other services in their

field of activity.



Collaboration



§ 9 the Agency's collaboration with Governments and other actors

should include civil society organisations.



Management



section 10 of the authority is headed by a head of Government.



11 § at the Agency, there shall be an Advisory Council consisting

of not more than five members.



Positions and assignments



12 § the Superintendent is the head of Government.



Staff disciplinary board



13 § at the Agency, there shall be a staff disciplinary board.



Applicability of certain regulations



14 § the museums shall apply the staff representatives Ordinance

(1987:1101).



Fees



section 15/expires U: 2016-02-01-when the Agency performs the tasks set out in paragraph 3 and

4 it may charge fees for activities within the framework of full

cost recovery. Fees are determined by the authority,

except in the cases referred to in section 15, the fee regulation

(1991:191).



The authority may dispose of fee revenues.



For children and young people up to the age of 19, the authority shall have free admission

to all the shows.



the entry into force of section 15/in: 2016-02-01-when the Agency performs the tasks set out in paragraph 3 and 4, it may charge fees for activities within the framework of full cost recovery. Fees are determined by the authority, except in the cases referred to in section 15, the fee Regulation (1992:191).



The authority may dispose of fee revenues.



The State historical museum and the Royal. the coin should have free admission to exhibitions in their own premises. If there are reasons, however, the authority to charge fees for some temporary exhibitions in their own premises. For children and young people up to the age of 19, the authority shall, however, have free admission to all exhibitions. Regulation (2015:1007).



section 16 of the activities referred to in paragraphs 4 and 8, the authority shall take

out duties equivalent to full cost recovery. The fees

size is determined by the authority, except in the cases referred to in section 15,

fee regulation.



The authority may dispose of fee revenues.



Exemptions from government regulation



section 17 the following provision in the Government agencies Ordinance (2007:515)

shall not apply to the authority:
