Introductory provision
section 1 of this regulation contains certain provisions on
management of information through the use of automated
treatment between the judicial authorities in connection
with the criminal investigation or criminal proceedings.
Transfer of data
2 § When the police provide information on recorded crime
or final investigation to the Prosecutor, shall

criminal suspicion and if suspected, plaintiff and other

they can be used with the help of automated processing in

§ 3 When a Prosecutor pursuant to lagen (1997:1024) if the tax agency's

4 § When a prosecutor submits the application to the
the Court, the public prosecutor's Office or the Swedish national economic crimes Bureau
make sure that the data on criminal offence, and if the accused person,
injured parties and other interested persons are transferred by means of
automated processing. The data shall be transmitted in a
such a format to be used with the help of automated
treatment of the Court's judicial and law enforcement
activities and be used for automated monitoring and
stats.
§ 5 If the transfer at any time can not be done
with the help of automated processing in accordance with paragraphs 2 to 4,

Services with consistent terms

include the type of
– stakeholders and contact details,
-decisions and rulings,
– documents and assemblies,
– personal investigations,
– detention,
– penalties and other dispositions and reference to
Governing law,
– information on the status of the criminal investigation or
criminal proceedings,
– organizational subdivisions of the judicial authorities,
and
-geographical divisions in the municipality, County or country.
The service will not contain personal data.

treatment provide a service to provide authorities
in the judiciary, with uniform terms for information on
prohibition in Svensk författningssamling managed between
authorities in connection with criminal investigations or
criminal proceedings.
