section 1 of this Act apply when a fixed-term contract between a

trader and a consumer includes conditions that

the contract will be extended if the consumer does not cancel it.



The law does not apply if there are specific provisions on

extension of the agreement or if the consumer after

the extension can terminate the agreement to lapse within three

months from termination.

law, to the detriment of the consumer are void against him

or her.



section 3 of the trader shall face a renewal of the agreement

remind consumers about the meaning of a condition referred to in

paragraph 1(1). The reminder must be in writing and be submitted

no later than one month before the date on which the agreement must

be terminated.



If the trader does not remind the consumer referred to in the first

paragraph, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement with

immediate effect. The term of the contract has not expired, has

the consumer, however, only the right to terminate the agreement to

contract expires.

1. This law shall enter into force on 1 March 2015.



2. The law only applies to agreements which have been concluded or

extended after its entry into force.
