section 1 of the Swedish consumer agency supervises to carriers

fulfil the obligations imposed on it by article 7 of

European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 392/2009 of the

23 april 2009 on the liability of

the event of an accident of carriers of passengers by sea

(Atenförordningen), in the original wording, or

equivalent obligations arising out of the 15 Cape. section 2 of the navigation code

(1994:1009).



Consumer Agency may announce details relating to the

obligations referred to in the first subparagraph.
