1 § Skolforsknings the Institute shall contribute to the working of the school system are given good opportunities to plan, implement and evaluate teaching supported by scientifically researched methods and ways of working. The authority shall contribute to favorable conditions for children's and students ' development and learning and improved knowledge results for students.



Skolforsknings institution shall 1. validating research results in the field of quality and relevance, 2. systematically compile research results with good scientific quality and present the results in a way that is useful for those working in the school system,



3. disseminate the research findings and make them available to those working in the school system, 4. identify areas within the school system, where relevant, practice-based research is lacking, 5. announce funds for practice-based research of the highest scientific quality in the areas in which relevant research is lacking, and



6. allocate resources to the practical research of the highest scientific quality.



Collaboration



2 § the museums shall cooperate with the State's school, State school inspection and special needs education in order to achieve the education and disability policy objectives within the school grounds.



The authority will also interact with the State school and special needs education in particular with regard to disseminate and make available relevant research results with good scientific quality.



Conduct of work



3 § the museums shall integrate a gender perspective in their activities.



Management



section 4 of the Authority is headed by a head of Government.



Special bodies



section 5 within the authority there is a decision-making body that is termed the Skolforsknings Board.



Board shall decide what systematic compilations that should be implemented in accordance with the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the 2. The Board should also decide whether to announce funds for practice-based research under the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the 5.



Skolforsknings the Board consists of a Chairman and the head of Government, not more than nine other members. The Board is a quorum when a majority of the members are present.



6 § within the Agency is a Scientific Council.



The Council shall assist the authority to review the scientific basis in the Agency's systematic compilations under the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the 2 and draft summaries and conclusions of such compilations.



The Council shall decide on the allocation of funds under the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the 6 to the research Skolforsknings the Board decided to publish under section 5.



If necessary, the Council shall, in addition, to assist the authority in other matters.



The Scientific Council is composed of the head of Government, a Chairman and not more than nine other members. The Council is beslutsfört when a majority of the members are present.

Resource allocation



section 10 a decision of Skolforsknings the Institute's Scientific Council to grant funding under section 6 may relate to a maximum of three years and shall be subject to conditions for the use of funds. If there are special reasons, funds are granted for a period longer than three years, but not exceeding five years. The decision shall indicate who is the recipient of the funds and that the receiver is responsible for ensuring that the funds are used in accordance with the conditions imposed.



If the activity that received funding does not meet the demands, the Scientific Council decide that funds should no longer be paid. An indication of this should be included in the decision to grant funds.



section 11 of the authority may provide for 1. the information to be submitted upon application for medium, 2. terms and conditions for disposition and accounting for the funds, and 3. the obligation for the recipient to submit to the Agency a statement of the activities for which the funds are to be paid.



Appeal



section 12 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) provides for an appeal to the administrative court.

Other decisions than decisions under paragraph 10 of the second paragraph may not be appealed.
