Introductory provisions



section 1 of this Regulation shall apply to such State aid for

training in enterprises that are decided by the Council of the European

Social Fund in Sweden (Swedish ESF Council) within the framework of the

national social fund programme of investment for growth

and employment for the programming period 2014-2020.

Transitional provisions



2015:61



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2015.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2009:982) on

State aid in the national structural funds programme for

regional competitiveness and employment objective.



3. The repealed regulation still apply, however, for

matters relating to the programming period 2007-2013 and to

the end of the programme period.
