Introductory provisions

Transitional provisions
2015:61
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2015.
2. The regulation repeals Regulation (2009:982) on
State aid in the national structural funds programme for
regional competitiveness and employment objective.
3. The repealed regulation still apply, however, for
matters relating to the programming period 2007-2013 and to
the end of the programme period.
