A national information system



section 1 of the State school to do certain tasks of school units available to the public in a national information system. This includes the information about the battle in the pre-school class, elementary school, vocational programs, secondary school and high school programs as evidenced by this regulation or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto. The data shall make it possible to compare different school units.



Data in the information system on pre-school class, primary and secondary schools



section 2 of the Information System for each skolenhet in the pre-school class, primary and secondary schools include



1. how many teachers there are in relation to the number of pupils,



2. share of qualified teachers,



3. access to a special needs or special education teacher,



4. subpoenas from the State school inspection, and



5. principal's legal form.



section 3 of the information system shall for each such skolenhet referred to in paragraph 2 also include access to the school library.



Additional information about pre-school class



section 4 for each skolenhet in the pre-school class, the information system in addition to what is stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 contain information about



1. how many pre-school teachers there are in relation to the number of pupils,



2. share of qualified pre-school teachers, and



3. how parents who responded to the State's school inspection survey usually experience the quality of education at at porsön.



Additional data on primary school section 5 for each skolenhet in primary schools to the information system in addition to what is stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 contain information about how parents and students who responded to the State's school inspection survey usually experience the quality of education at at porsön.



6 § If at porsön has students in grades 3, 6, or 9 in primary schools to the information system in addition to what is stated in 2, 3 and 5 sections contain the average result on national subject test.



section 7 If at porsön has students in grades 6 or 9 in primary schools to the information system in addition to what is stated in 2, 3, 5 and 6 §§ include 1. percentage of students in grades 6 to reach the requirements for approved grades in all subjects that students are taught in the during the school year, and



2. share of students in grade 9 that reach the requirements for qualifying scores in all subjects.



section 8 If at porsön has students in 9th grade in elementary school, the information system in addition to what is stated in 2, 3 and 5 – 7 sections include 1. Rating average for grade 9,



2. the average rate for grade 9 in relation to socio-economic factors, and



3. proportion of pupils after grade 9 is competent to national programmes in secondary schools.

2. how students who responded to the State's school inspection survey usually experience the quality of education at at porsön, 3. average results on national tests, 4. grade average, and



5. percentage of students who, after completing secondary school have basic eligibility to higher education that begins at the first level and aimed at beginners.



Data in the information system of the Basic programs and high school programs



section 10 of the information system, for every skolenhet in the basic and secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities programs include



1. how many teachers and pre-school teachers there are in relation to the number of pupils,



2. share of qualified teachers and qualified pre-school teachers who are competent in the basic orientation of the specially designed training school and in individual programme in upper secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities,



3. access to a special needs or special education teacher,



4. subpoenas from the State school inspection, 5. principal's legal form, and



6. access to school libraries.

Voluntary information

6. any other information that the National Agency for education determines that it is appropriate to the information system contains.



Head men's obligation



section 14 of the State's school may provide for the information which the principals shall submit to the National Agency for education in the information system should be able to provide the information set out in this regulation.



The National Agency for education may also provide for the manner in which the information is to be provided.



Transitional provisions



2015:195



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2015 in respect of section 14, the 1 July 2015 in the case of 1, 2, 4, 9 and 13 sections and otherwise 1 January 2016.
