Content and scope



section 1 of this regulation provides for guidelines for the

outdoor noise for rail, roads and airports at

residential buildings. The regulation also contains provisions

When it comes to calculating the noise values at

residential buildings. This regulation is notified pursuant to 9

Cape. section 12 of the environmental code.



The provisions of sections 3 to 8 shall be applied in determining whether

the requirement for prevention of nuisance to human health 2

Cape. 6 a section planning and building Act (2010:900) is met



1. in the planning,



2. in respect of building permits, and



3. in cases of prior notification.



The provisions of sections 6 and 7 shall also apply in cases of

examination of the condition of the airports under the Environment Act and

regulations announced by virtue of the beam.



The provisions of sections 6 and 7 shall not apply to noise from military

aircraft operating flights for military purposes.



Expression of the regulation



paragraph 2 of this regulation,



the residential rooms: rooms for daily interaction, except kitchen, and rooms for

sleep,



noise from airports: noise from air traffic at the start and

landing up to the height that contribute to the volume of the

soil and rullbanefas in connection with take-off and landing,



DBA: a frequency filter A-weighted sound pressure level,



equivalent noise level: an average sound level for rail transport and

road traffic, estimated that a free field value and as a

average per day for one year,



FBN: an average sound level for air traffic, calculated as an

free field value, for annual average day consisting of annual average day,

annual average and average annual night with the addition of 5 dBA at

noise level for night and 10 dBA of noise level for the night,



free field value: a noise level that is not affected by glare at

own facade,



maximum noise level: the noise level for rail and road traffic by

the noisiest vehicle type with time weighting F calculated

as a free field value,



maximum noise level air traffic: the maximum sound level for

air traffic at a single air passage for a certain

period of annual average time weighing S, calculated as

a free field value,



patio: a prepared surface intended for stay

Outdoor,

annual average day: an average day based on all the

takeoffs and landings between 7. 06:00 and 18:00 during a

calendar year divided by the total number of days in the same

calendar year,



annual average night: an average evening based on all

takeoffs and landings between 7. 18:00 and 22:00 during a

calendar year divided by the total number of nights during

the same calendar year;



annual average night: an average night based on all starter

and landings between 7. 22:00 and 06:00 during a

calendar year divided by the total number of nights during

the same calendar year, and



annual average: an average value based on all

takeoffs and landings in a calendar year.



Noise from rail transport and roads



paragraph 3 of the Noise from rail transport and roads should not exceed



1.55 dBA equivalent noise level at a residential building facade,

and



2.50 dBA equivalent noise level as well as 70 dBA maximum noise level

at a patio if such will be organized in conjunction with the

the building.



For a dwelling of up to 35 square meters comes instead of

as specified in the first subparagraph 1 that the noise should not be

exceed 60 dBA equivalent noise level in residential buildings

facade.



section 4 If the sound level specified in paragraph 3(1) 1 yet

is exceeded,



1. at least half of the residential rooms in a residence be face

a site where 55 dBA equivalent noise level is not exceeded at

the facade, and



2. at least half of the residential rooms face onto a page where

70 dBA maximum sound level not exceeded between. 22:00, and

06:00 at the facade.



In the event of such a change by a building referred to in Chapter 9. section 2 of the

first subparagraph 3 (a) the planning and building Act (2010:900) comes in

rather than as provided for in the first subparagraph 1 to at least one

living room in a dwelling should be turned toward a site where 55 dBA

equivalent noise level is not exceeded at the facade.



5 § If the noise level of 70 dBA maximum sound level specified in the 3

paragraph 2 still being exceeded, the level does not, however,

be exceeded by more than 10 dBA maximum sound level five times a

hour between 7. 06:00 and 22:00.



Noise from airports



section 6 of the Noise from airports should not exceed 55 dBA FBN

and 70 dBA maximum noise level air traffic in a residential building

facade.



On noise from airports in the Stockholm municipality does not apply

the restriction specified maximum noise level air traffic in

between the first paragraph. 06:00 and 22:00.



section 7 If the noise level of 70 dBA maximum noise level air traffic

as specified in section 6, first paragraph still being exceeded, the level

not to be exceeded more than



1. sixteen times between kl. 06:00 and 22:00, and



2. three times between kl. 22:00 and 06:00.



On noise from airports in the Stockholm municipality does not apply

the restriction referred to in the first subparagraph 1.



Calculation of noise values



section 8 for the purpose of calculating noise values at a residential building

taking into account the future traffic relevant to

noise situation.
