at a patio if such will be organized in conjunction with the
the building.

exceed 60 dBA equivalent noise level in residential buildings
facade.
section 4 If the sound level specified in paragraph 3(1) 1 yet
is exceeded,
1. at least half of the residential rooms in a residence be face
a site where 55 dBA equivalent noise level is not exceeded at
the facade, and
2. at least half of the residential rooms face onto a page where
70 dBA maximum sound level not exceeded between. 22:00, and
06:00 at the facade.
In the event of such a change by a building referred to in Chapter 9. section 2 of the
first subparagraph 3 (a) the planning and building Act (2010:900) comes in
rather than as provided for in the first subparagraph 1 to at least one
living room in a dwelling should be turned toward a site where 55 dBA
equivalent noise level is not exceeded at the facade.
5 § If the noise level of 70 dBA maximum sound level specified in the 3
paragraph 2 still being exceeded, the level does not, however,
be exceeded by more than 10 dBA maximum sound level five times a
hour between 7. 06:00 and 22:00.

and 70 dBA maximum noise level air traffic in a residential building
facade.
On noise from airports in the Stockholm municipality does not apply
the restriction specified maximum noise level air traffic in
between the first paragraph. 06:00 and 22:00.
section 7 If the noise level of 70 dBA maximum noise level air traffic
as specified in section 6, first paragraph still being exceeded, the level

noise situation.
