section 1 of this Act contains provisions for the implementation of European Parliament and Council Directive 2013/30/EU of 12 June 2013 on security for oil and gas operations at sea and amending Directive 2004/35/EC.



Provisions in respect of the implementation of the directive is also available in the lagen (1966:314) om kontinentalsockeln, minerallagen (1991:45) and in publicity and secrecy (2009:400).



Section 2 of the reporting of accidents, a company registered in Sweden shall, at the request of the supervisory authority report on the circumstances of a serious incident that the company, or its subsidiaries, has been involved in oil and gas activities at sea outside the European Union.



The Government or the authority that the Government may provide for the obligation to report on a serious accident.



Supervision section 3 of The Government authority determines (supervisor) supervises that this Act and the regulations in connection with the law is followed.



section 4 of the regulatory authority may decide the orders necessary for the supervision.



An injunction may be subject to a penalty.



Appeal



paragraph 5 of Decision under this Act may be appealed to the administrative court.



Leave to appeal is required for an appeal to the administrative court.
