Scope of application
section 1 of this Regulation shall apply in the case of wholly or partly
automated processing of personal data by the
surveys that Swedish National Forensics Centre in
The police authority is performing on behalf of other than the authorities
or a body referred to in Chapter 5. section 1 of the police data Act
(2010:361).
Relative to the personal data Act
subject to section 2 of this regulation, the
personal data Act (1998:204) in the treatment of
personal data in the Swedish National Forensics Centre
external relations.
Privacy responsibility
section 3 of the police authority is responsible for the
processing of personal data pursuant to this
Regulation.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
section 4 of the personal data may be processed by the Swedish National Forensics
the Center if necessary for registration or the handling of
such a task referred to in paragraph 1.
Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in
the first subparagraph may also be processed for the performance of
reporting that is done in accordance with law, or
Regulation.
Personal data shall not be processed for any other purpose than
those referred to in the first and second subparagraphs.
Access to personal data
5 § access to personal data is restricted to what
every officer needs to be able to fulfil their
work tasks.
Rectification and indemnity
section 6 of the provisions of the personal data Act (1998:204) about
rectification and Indemnity apply similarly in
processing of personal data pursuant to this regulation.
