Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid

for education that corresponds to the municipal adult education

secondary level. The purpose of the grant is that young people should be able to

combine such education with the trainee.



Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds.



Conditions for State aid



section 2 of the Government subsidies may be provided to municipalities for education

corresponds to the municipal adult education on the secondary level if

training



1. is addressed to those who have reached the age of 20 but not age 25,



2. conducted as part-time studies and combined with a

trainee under the Regulation (2015:503) if particular

employment support, and



3. aims to give the student the skills for employment

in the traineejobbets field.

3. the report referred to in paragraph 8 has not been provided,

or

4. the recipient have not complied with the terms set forth by

the decision on the contribution.



section 10 of the State's school will decide to fully or partially require

back a State aid if one is obliged to repay

If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education may order

to waive recovery in whole or in part.

Authorization

the enforcement of this regulation.



Appeal



paragraph 13 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
