The scope of the



1 § Support pursuant to this Regulation shall, subject to availability of

medium, provided to contractors and building owners for

the cost of diesel fuel has been consumed by harvesters

and forwarders for reprocessing and skidding into the path of

brandskadat wood from the area of Västmanland County, which

burned in the summer of 2014.



With processing under this regulation to the timber harvested

and satisfied to the intended range.



General terms and conditions



section 2 of the aid under this Regulation may only be made according to

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 december

2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty

on the functioning of the European Union on de minimis aid

importance.



3 § Before aid is granted to the applicant company leave

5 § Forest Board shall keep a register of the aid

establish that the conditions for the aid referred to in the Commission's

Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 are met.



The information contained in the register shall be kept for 10 years from the date of

the aid was paid out.

Support for diesel fuel



section 7 of the aid must be provided with a lump sum of not more than 3 dollars

per cubic meter of wood fixed dimensions in bark (m3 fub) that has

been completed. Support may also be provided with a flat rate if

a maximum of 3 kronor per cubic meter of wood fixed dimensions in bark (m3

Fub) for timber which has terrain transported to the road.



Application and decision

section 9 an application for aid shall be notified to the National Board of forestry

no later than 1 november 2016.



An application for assistance shall be made in writing on a form

established by the National Board of forestry. The applicant must provide the information

and supporting evidence that the Swedish forest agency needs to be able to

test the application for support.



Refunds and chargebacks



section 10 a beneficiary is obliged to refund if



1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

any other way has caused that the aid has been granted

improperly or with excessive amounts, or



2. the support of any other reasons have been given incorrectly or with

for high amount and the recipient should have known this.



section 11 if a beneficiary is obliged to refund under 10

§, the Swedish forest agency decide to require

Miscellaneous



13 § Forestry Board's decision pursuant to this Regulation shall not

be appealed.
