Introductory provision
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
to study associations for specific actions for people who
1. subject to the Act (1994:137) on the reception of asylum seekers
and others, or
2. Regulation (2010:1122) on State compensation for
efforts for some foreigners who reside in

The purpose of the State's contribution is to provide a meaningful
employment during asylum time and speed up a future
establishment in working and social life for those granted
residence permit.

Refunds and chargebacks
