Introductory provisions

Amendment of decision
§ 9/entry into force: 01/01/2016
Authority for the Polytechnic may amend a decision
in accordance with paragraph 4 if it is found that
1. the qualification no longer corresponds to the level of
reference framework laid down in the decision, or
2. the issuer of the qualification no longer meets the
requirements for systematic quality work referred to in paragraph 4.
Before a decision is taken pursuant to the first subparagraph shall
1. the authority to obtain such evidence as the Council for the
national qualifications framework should leave under
13 b of the Regulation (2011:1162) with instruction for

2. the issuing a qualification have been given the opportunity
to remedy the deficiencies.
Application fee
