section 1 of the Swedish companies registration office may provide, in accordance with section 9 of the Act (2015:812) on reporting of payments to Governments.



Announcement



2 § when a report under the Act (2015:812) on reporting of payments to the authorities has been submitted, the Swedish companies Registration Office announce this in a magazine that the authority publishes.

Notification must be made no later than the month following that in which the report has been accepted by the authority.



The notice shall contain a statement of the 1. name and registration number of the company to which the report relates or, in the case of a report on the group level, the name and registration number on the parent company, 2. last day of the fiscal year in which the documents pertain to, and 3. the time when the document was presented to the companies registration office and registration number or an equivalent subject designation.



In the case of a limited liability company to a release occur in the same language as the registration in the companies registry.



Storage of submitted documents



paragraph 3 of the Report submitted to the Swedish companies registration office under the Act (2015:812) on reporting of payments to Governments may be transferred to a machine readable medium. The documents shall be kept available at the Swedish companies registration office.
