/Comes into force: 2016-01-01-1 of this regulation are implementing provisions where such processing of personal data within the scope of the law (2015:898) concerning the processing of personal data in the tax agency's marriage registry and boupptecknings activities.



Terms and expressions used in this regulation have the same meaning and scope of the Act.



section 2 of the Revenue Commissioners may provide for limits on the disclosure of personal data on the medium for automatic processing.



section 3 of the Revenue Commissioners may provide for fees for disclosure.



4 § the national archives may, after having sought the views of the tax agency, provide the information and documents for screening.



paragraph 5 of the tax Board may announce the additional measures necessary for the enforcement of the law concerning the processing of personal data in the tax agency's marriage registry and boupptecknings activities (2015:898) and for the enforcement of this regulation.
