According to
1. European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/17/EC of the
31 March 2004 coordinating the procurement procedures of entities operating in
the water, energy, transport and postal services, as last
amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2015/2341 of
on december 15, 2015, amending and
Council Directive 2004/17/EC as regards the thresholds
applicable to public procurement procedures,
2. European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/18/EC of the
31 March 2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public
procurement of works, goods and services, as last
amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2015/2342 if
amending European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/18/EC
as for the thresholds applicable to
procurement procedures,
3. European Parliament and Council directive 2009/81/EC of
13 July 2009 on the coordination of procedures for the award of
certain contracts for works, supplies and services of
Contracting authorities and entities in the fields of defence and
security, and amending directives 2004/17/EC and
2004/18/EC, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU)
No 2015/2340, and
4. Commission communication (2015/C 418/01) if the corresponding values to
the thresholds in the directive of the European Parliament and
2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC and 2009/81/EC.
