section 1 of this Act contains provisions on the county councils ' obligation to make contributions towards the cost of glasses or contact lenses to some children and young people.



Specific provisions relating to county councils ' obligation to provide health care see health care Act (1982:763), law (2008:344) on health care for asylum seekers and others. and the law (2013:407) about health care to certain foreign nationals residing in Sweden without necessary permits.



section 2 of A County shall make contributions to the cost of glasses or contact lenses for children and young people aged between 8 and 19 years and covered by the County Council's obligation to offer accessibility according to section 3 (b) health and medical services Act (1982:763).

The same applies to the offered health care Act (2008:344) on health care for asylum seekers and others. and the law (2013:407) about health care to certain foreign nationals residing in Sweden without necessary permits.



The Government may provide for the amount and other terms and conditions of the contribution, as well as about the repayment obligation.

Leave to appeal is required for an appeal to the administrative court.
