Introductory provision



section 1 of this regulation provides for grants for the cost of glasses or contact lenses for children and young people under the Act (2016:35) if contributions to eyewear to some children and young people.



Exemption from administrative law



2 § in under this regulation does not apply to section 33 administrative law (1986:223).



Scope of the grant



section 3 allowance for costs under section 1 shall be equal to 800 SEK per person.



If the cost of glasses or contact lenses is less than 800 SEK per person, the contribution shall be equal to the actual cost.



Contribution is not being made for the cost of glasses or contact lenses that have been damaged or lost, or cost of replacement glasses or contact lenses are equivalent.



Conditions for refund



paragraph 4 in order to receive the grant for spectacles or contact lenses require a current prescription or prescription from an ophthalmologist, orthoptist or optometrist.



Refunds and chargebacks



§ 5 The who have received grants under this regulation is liable to repay, if 1. receiver by providing incorrect information or in any other way have caused that the contribution has been provided improperly or with excessive amount, 2. refund for any other reason has been provided improperly or with excessive amount and the recipient should have known this,



3. the refund has not been used for the purpose for which it has been granted.



The County Council may decide to fully or partially recover a contribution if someone is required to repay pursuant to the first subparagraph.



Appeal



section 6 of the 22 a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) there are provisions for appeal to the administrative court.
