In Madrid, at the headquarters of Comisiones Obreras en la C/ Ramírez de Arellano, 19, being 16:15 hours of Tuesday, January 17, 2017, after convocation, the Joint Commission of Interpretation and Surveillance of the Convention (CMIVC) meets, with the assistance of the following organizations:

For business representation:

Spanish Federation of Photography and Image Professionals (FEPFI), represented by José Antonio Parraga Domínguez.

National Association of Employers and Autonomous Photography (ANEAF), represented by Francisco Ferrera Rendo.

By union representation:

Federation of Services, Mobility and Consumption of the General Union of Workers, represented by José M. García González and Pedro Rodríguez Merino.

Federation of Citizenship Services of Workers ' Commissions, represented by Manuel Ángel Fernández Balanza and Nazareth García Tenda.

The meeting starts, reaching the following agreements:

1. Once the GDP data for 2016, which has been more than 3%, is known, the update of the salary tables for the year 2016 is appropriate.

As regulated by the collective agreement, the corresponding arrears between the provisional salary tables for the year 2016 signed on 17 February 2016 and published in the "BOE" on 15 March 2016 and these final tables updated to the actual GDP data for 2016, should be paid in the month following the publication of this new salary table in the "BOE".
