Warned errors in the text of Order ARM/3370/2010, of 27 December, approving the Technical Regulation of Control and Certification of fodder plant seeds, inserted in the "Official State Gazette" 317, of 30 December 2010, is to be remedied by appropriate rectification:

All plant botanical names and scientific names of other organisms mentioned in that Regulation have to be indicated in italics.

On page 108767, add after the third paragraph of the preamble the following:

" The characteristics of seed of fodder plant species described in the Regulation shall be taken into account and shall be applicable to imports of seed from third countries or to the marketing of seed from the European Area in application of the General Technical Regulation on the Control and Certification of Seeds and Plants of Vivero approved by Order of 23 May 1986, with the exception of the minimum cultivation distances, where the of the respective States of origin on the basis of the certification which, in the case of third States, makes the European Commission taking into account OECD standards or simply in application of the distances that each State of the European Space regulates. "

On page 108769,

On page 108776 in point 3. of paragraph VIII. Marketing, where it says: " VIII.3 (in ` BOE '' 4.) Seed lots satisfying the conditions laid down in Annex I to this Regulation concerning the presence of Avena fatua may, irrespective of the official label and upon request of the breeder, bear an official certificate attesting to the fulfilment of those conditions. On page 108777, in point 4. Marketing of certified seed in bulk from paragraph VIII. Marketing, where it says: "VIII.4 (in ` BOE ' VIII.4) Marketing of certified seed in bulk."; should read: "VIII4 Marketing of certified seed in bulk."

On page 108777, in the Annex I Requirements of the seeds section A. Seed certified, point 1 where it says: " Poa spp., monoclonal apomictic varieties, Brassica napus var. napobrassica, Brassica oleracea convar. acephala (accept var. medullosa + var. viridis) Raphanus sativus L. var. oleiformis Pers. "; you must say: "Poa spp., monoclonal apomictic varieties, Brassica napus var. napobrassica, Brassica oleracea convar. acephala ".

On page 108777, in Table 2.A, Requirements of certified seed in the column Minimum Germination (percentage of pure seeds) (a) the percentage of 75 established for the species Agrostis gigantea is replaced by 80, as follows:

On page 108780, in section B. Base seeds where it says: " 1. The seeds of Pisum sativum, Brassica napus var. napobrassica, Brassica oleracea convar. acephala, Vicia faba and the monoclonal apomyctic varieties of Poa spp. have a minimum varietal purity of 99,7 per 100. '
