Obtained the verification of the plan of studies by the Council of universities, prior report favorable of the Agency national of evaluation of the quality and accreditation, and agreed the character official of the title by the Council of Ministers in its meeting of 30 of July of 2010 (published in the BOE of 29 of September of 2010, by resolution of the Secretary General of universities of 7 of September of 2010).

This Rectorate, as foreseen in article 35.4 of the organic law 6/2001, of 21 December, universities, in the wording given by the organic law 4/2007, of 12 April, has resolved to publish the curriculum leading to the degree of Master in Molecular biotechnology, cell and genetics from the University of Cordoba.

The plan of studies referred to in the present resolution shall be structured as contained in the annex to the same.
