Article 48.7 of the law 30/1992, of 26 November, legal regime of public administrations and common administrative procedure, establishes that the General Administration of the State shall determine, subject to the official working calendar, in its scope, calendar of non-working days for the purpose of computation of time limits.

This calendar will be published before the beginning of each year in the "official bulletin of the State», and in other media that guarantee its knowledge by the citizens.

Therefore, the Secretary of State for the civil service, superior organ of the Ministry of Territorial policy and public administration, pursuant to the Royal Decree 393/2011, March 18, which develops the basic organizational structure of the Ministry of Territorial policy and public administration, and in accordance with the powers which he credited with article 6 of the aforementioned Royal Decree , it has resolved: first.

Approve non-working days calendar corresponding to the year 2012, the General Administration of the State and its public agencies, for the purpose of computation of time limits.

Second.

(Are days disabled: to) in all the territory national: them Sunday and those days declared as parties of field national not replaceable, or on which it all of them communities autonomous not has exerted it Faculty of replacement.

(b) in the territory of the autonomous communities: those days determined by each autonomous community as public holidays.

(c) in the territorial areas of the entities that make up the Local Administration: the days of the respective autonomous communities established in their respective calendars of non-working days.

The non-working days that referred to in points a) and b) of this section are collected, by month and by autonomous communities, specified in the annex attached.

Arrange the publication of this resolution in the «Official Gazette» and bulletin boards of bodies and offices of the General Administration of the State.
