The personal data files of the Ministry of Economy and Finance are currently regulated in Order EHA/2242/2010, of July 29, for which data files of a personal nature are regulated. existing in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in certain public bodies attached to it.

This order has been amended by Order EHA/1291/2011 of 9 May, amending Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July, which regulates the files of personal data existing in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in certain public bodies attached to it, with the aim of creating several new files, incorporating them into Annex I of Order EHA/2242/2010, of 29 July, to introduce modifications in several of the existing and delete a file.

In accordance with the foregoing, this order is intended to amend the aforementioned Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July 2010, in order to create several new files as a result of new needs arising from the development of the department's own functions, modify specific aspects of some of the existing files, and delete, for various reasons, some of them.

As for the new creation files, files are created of the responsibility of the General Directorate of the Catastro, the General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions, the General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE), National Statistics Institute (INE), Technical General Secretariat and the Accounting and Audit Institute of Accounts (ICAC).

With regard to the files that are modified, in the file "SOROLLA/DocuConta DGCPYPP", of the responsibility of the General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions Costs, the level of security goes from "medium" to "basic", in order to bring it into line with the provisions of Article 81 of the Implementing Regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, adopted by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, and in the file "Ariel", also of the responsibility of the cited management center, are modified certain data in "Basic structure".

The "IGAE Videosurveillance File" is also being modified, extending its purpose and uses to all the premises of the General Intervention of the State Administration.

Regarding the deletion of files, the deletion of the "Enabled" file of the responsibility of the General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions Costs is first carried out, since it is a secondary file whose data is part of the file "ISLA", also of the responsibility of the General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions Costs.

On the other hand, on March 16, 2011, the State Lotteries and Gambling Society of the State, S.A.U., was established in accordance with the provisions of the additional provision of Law 39/2010, December 22, General State Budget for 2011, which has led to the extinction of the Public Lotteries and State Gambling Entity.

The extinction of the Public Lotteries and Gambling Entity makes it necessary to delete the files listed in Annex I of Order EHA/2242/2010, of July 29, as files of the responsibility of this entity. business public.

This order has been submitted to the previous report of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and is issued under Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. The personal data files listed in Annex I to Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July 2010 set out in Annex B to this order are amended in the terms set out in that Annex.

3. The personal data files included in Annex I to Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July 2010, which are listed in Annex C to this order, are deleted. The destination to be given to the data or, where appropriate, the forecasts to be adopted for destruction, in accordance with the provisions of Article 54.3 of the Implementing Regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, of Protection of the Personal Data, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, shall be those set out for each of them in Annex C.

This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
