Key Benefits:
The entry into force of RD 1286/2010 of 15 October, approving the Statute of the Institute of Housing, Infrastructure and Equipment of Defense, represented the disappearance of the autonomous bodies " Institute for the Housing of the Armed Forces "and" Management of Infrastructure and Equipment of Defense ", and from that moment on, both the affected properties of the GIED and the homes and properties of the INCOFAS have been incorporated into the patrimony of the INVIED.
Before this new situation, it is necessary to propose the amendment of the Annex of Order DEF/91/2008, for which the organization and operation of the Defense Delegations is developed, in order to rationalize the scope the territorial area of the Heritage Areas, so that each one has the competences corresponding to its territorial scope, both the properties of the INVIED (Properties Disaffected and Housing) and the affected properties of the DIGENIN.
Paragraph 3, Article 5 of Order DEF/91/2008, of 22 January, for the development of the organisation and operation of the Defence Delegations, empowers the Deputy Secretary of Defense to amend by resolution the geographical scope of responsibility of the functional areas, on the proposal of the Technical Secretary General and once the higher organs and directors of the Ministry of Defense and the public bodies attached to it that can depend functionally the area.
For all of the above, resolve:
Modify the geographical area of responsibility for all areas of heritage listed in the Annex to Order DEF/91/2008 of 22 January, for the organisation and operation of the Delegations of Defence, in accordance with the table below this resolution.
