Moreover, this real Decree concrete in the article 7 the profile professional of such titles, that will include the competition general, them skills professional, personal and social, them qualifications and, in his case, them units of competition of the catalogue national of qualifications professional included in them titles, so each title will incorporate, at least, a qualification professional full, to achieve that them titles of training professional respond of form effective to them needs demanded by the system productive and to those values personal and social that allow exercise a citizenship democratic.

The present Royal Decree aims at the establishment of the title of technician in excavations and surveys, official character and validity throughout the national territory, as well as their corresponding minimum educations.

CHAPTER II identification of the title, professional profile, foresight and professional environment of the title in the sector or sectors article 2. Identification.

The title of technician in excavations and surveys is identified by the following elements: name: excavations and surveys.

Level: Intermediate vocational training.

Duration: 2000 hours.

Professional family: Extractive industries.

Reference in the classification international standard of it education: CINEMA-3 b.

Article 3. Professional profile of the title.

The professional profile of the title of technician in excavations and surveys is determined by their general competence, their competencies, professional, personal and social, and the relationship of qualifications and, where appropriate, units of competence of the national catalogue of professional qualifications included in the title.

Article 4. Competition general.

The competition general of this title consists in perform excavations for the extraction of resources minerals or for the construction of works underground and to sky open, as well as drill probes of prospecting mining and of research geotechnical, riding and keeping facilities and machinery and applying the legislation of protection environmental and of prevention of risks labour.

Article 5. Skills professional, personal and social.

(e) make projections of concretes, applying techniques and resources.

(f) practice drilling, preparing and conditioning the equipment appropriate to each operation.

(g) collect witnesses and take samples, making testing and geotechnical and hydrogeological measurements in situ and in the laboratory.

(h) Mount and maintain facilities, machines and equipment, making them operations of verification, adjustment and replacement of their elements, restoring its operation in conditions of quality, security and respect to the environment.
