The organic law 2/2006, of 3 may, education, provides in article 39.6 to the Government, after consultation with the autonomous communities, establish qualifications corresponding to the studies of vocational training, as well as the basics of the curriculum of each of them.

The organic law 5/2002, of 19 June, qualifications and vocational training, establishes in article 10(1) that the General Administration of the State, in accordance with the provisions of article 149.1.30. 1st and 7th of the Constitution and after consultation with the General of the vocational training Council, shall determine the titles and certificates of professionalism, which will constitute vocational training offers relating to the national catalogue of professional qualifications.

He Real Decree 1147 / 2011, of 29 of July, establishes the management general of it training professional of the system educational and defines in the article 9 the structure of them titles of training professional, taking as base the catalogue national of qualifications professional, them guidelines fixed by the Union European and others aspects of interest social.

Moreover, this real Decree concrete in the article 7 the profile professional of such titles, that will include the competition general, them skills professional, personal and social, them qualifications and, in his case, them units of competition of the catalogue national of qualifications professional included in them titles, so each title will incorporate, at least, a qualification professional full, to achieve that them titles of training professional respond of form effective to them needs demanded by the system productive and to those values personal and social that allow exercise a citizenship democratic.

This regulatory framework requires that now the Government, after consulting to the autonomous communities, set each of the titles which form the catalog of titles of the vocational training of the educational system, its minimum teachings and other aspects of the academic planning which, without prejudice to the powers conferred to education in this area administrations, constitute the basic aspects of the curriculum to ensure a common training and guarantee the validity of certificates , in compliance with the provisions of article 6.2 of the organic law 2/2006 of 3 may, education.

2. the provisions of this Royal Decree replaces the regulation of the title of technician in installation and maintenance electromechanical machinery and driving lines, contained in the Royal Decree 2045 / 1995 of 22 December.

CHAPTER II identification of the title, professional profile, foresight and professional environment of the title in the sector or sectors article 2. Identification.

Electromechanical maintenance technician title is identified by the following elements: name: electromechanical maintenance.

Level: Intermediate vocational training.

Duration: 2000 hours.

Article 3. Professional profile of the title.

(c) mounting and put up of goods of equipment and machinery industrial FME 352_2 (Real Decree 1699 / 2007, of 14 of December), that includes them following units of competition: UC1263_2: mount, repair and put up systems mechanical.

UC1264_2: assemble, repair and put up systems pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and electronic of goods of equipment and machinery industrial.

UC1265_2: perform operations of machining and union in processes of Assembly of goods of equipment and machinery industrial.

Article 7. Environment professional.

Article 11. Spaces and equipment.

Fourth additional provision. Regulation of the practice of the profession.

1. the title established in the present Royal Decree does not constitute regulation of the exercise of a regulated profession.

Sixth additional provision. Universal accessibility in the teachings of this title.

Sole transitional provision. Applicability of other regulations.

1. until it's application the provisions of this Royal Decree, by virtue of their second and third final provisions, shall apply the provisions of the Royal Decree 2045 / 1995, of 22 December, by which establishes the title of technician in installation and maintenance electromechanical machinery and driving lines and the corresponding minimum teachings.

2. Likewise, until it is of application standard regulating, for the field of management of the Ministry of education, the curriculum corresponding to the title of technician in electro-mechanical maintenance, shall apply provisions of the Royal Decree 1150 / 1997, of 11 July, which establishes the curriculum of the training cycle of medium corresponding to the title of technician degree in installation and maintenance electromechanical machinery and driving lines.

Sole repeal provision. Repeal of rules.

1 repealed the Royal Decree 2045 / 1995 of 22 December, by establishing the title of technician in installation and electro-mechanical machinery maintenance and driving lines and the corresponding minimum teachings and many provisions of equal or lower rank is contrary to the provisions of this Royal Decree.

2 repealed the Royal Decree 1150 / 1997, of 11 July, which establishes the curriculum of the training cycle of medium corresponding to the title of technician degree in installation and maintenance electromechanical machinery and driving lines.

First final provision. Skill-related title.

The present Royal Decree has character of basic standard, under cover of the competences attributed to State article 149.1.1. and 30.º of the Constitution. He is excepted standard for basic character article 13.2 and the single transitional provision point 2.

Second final provision. Implementation of the new curriculum.

The educational administrations implemented the new curriculum of these teachings in the academic year 2012 / 2013.

Third final provision. Entry in force.

This Royal Decree shall enter into force the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette".
