Article 8.2 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, as amended by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, establishes that the implementation and suppression of the teachings leading to the acquisition of of official character and validity throughout the national territory, shall be agreed by the Autonomous Community, either on a proposal from the Social Council or on its own initiative with the agreement of the Council, in any case before the Council of University Government.

The implementation of the official teachings is regulated by Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 ("Official State Gazette" 3 July 2010), which establishes the ordination of official university teaching, and by Decree 11/2009 of 20 January, implementing and suppressing the official university teachings leading to the attainment of the degrees of degree, Master and Doctorate.

The Board of Universities of the Ministry of Education, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25.7 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, and once received the evaluation report of ANECA, National Agency of Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, resolves to verify positively the proposal of teaching of the Master's degree in Microbiology and Health, presented by the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.

Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July ("Official State Gazette" of 3-7-2010), in Article 26.3 states that once the government has approved the official character of the title, the Rector of the University will order to publish the curriculum in the "Official State Gazette" and in the official journal of the corresponding autonomous community.

By Order of 1 December 2010, of the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research published in the "Official Journal of the Basque Country" of 19 January 2011, the implementation of official teaching of the University Masters of the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and, by agreement of the Council of Ministers dated July 1, 2011, published by Resolution of 11 July 2011 of the General Secretariat of Universities ("Official State Gazette" of 4-8-2011), the official character of the same is established.

For all this, pursuant to the aforementioned article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, in the wording given in Royal Decree 861/2010, and once established the official character of the Master University in Microbiology and Health, resolute:

Order the publication in the "Official State Bulletin" of the curriculum of the Master's degree in Microbiology and Health, which is taught at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, in terms of are listed in the Annex to this resolution.
