Obtained the verification of the study plan by the Council of Universities prior to the approval of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community and established the official character of the title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 17 December 2010 (published in the BOE of 14 January 2011 by Resolution of the General Secretariat of Universities of 23 December 2010).

This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, has resolved to publish the plan of studies leading to the obtaining of the official degree of Graduation or Graduation in Hispanic Studies: Spanish Language and its Literature by the Universitat de Valencia, which will be structured according to the Annex to this Resolution.

In order to obtain the degree of Undergraduate/corresponding, in the part of the optativity, the student must have exceeded all 30 credits of his own or the subjects of a specific Minor of the offered.

With the implementation of the present plan of studies of the degree of Degree in Hispanic Studies: Spanish Language and its Literature, and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 11.3 of Royal Decree 1497/1987, of 27 November, (a) declare the plan of studies of the official degree of licentiate or licentiate in Hispanic Philology published in the BOE of 3 November 2000.
