Having regard to the text of the 2011 salary revision of the state collective agreement of Perfumeria and Aends (convention code No. 99004015011984), approved in Acta signed by the Joint Committee of the Committee on 19 January 2012 Convention of which the National Association of Perfumery and Cosmetic (STANPA) is part, representing companies of the sector, and of another, the Federation of Industry and Agricultural Workers of UGT (FITAG-UGT) and the Federation of Industries Textil-Piel, Chemical and Aends of CC.OO. (FITEQA-CC.OO.), on behalf of the employees of the same, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, recast text approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of 24 March, and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 May, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE PERFUMERY AND RELATED CONVENTION TO PROCEED WITH THE 2011 SALARY REVIEW

For the relevant deliberations, the parties adopt the following agreements:

I. 2011 salary review.

Once established that the CPI established by the INE at 31 December 2011 with respect to 31 December 2010 has been 2,4%, it is appropriate, in accordance with Article 37 of the Convention ("review clause"). "), to undertake a wage revision in the variation on the increase agreed at the beginning of the financial year, applying the actual CPI, previously reviewed, to the data at December 31, 2010.

Taking into account that the initially agreed increase for 2011 was 1% and the definitive increase has remained at 2.4%, companies will have to recalculate their 2011 data, starting again from those dumped in 2011. December 31, 2010 and applying to the same 2.4% indicated.

As a result, the tables of guaranteed minimum wages of the professional groups set out in Article 34 of the Convention are adjusted, as follows, for the year 2011, which with respect to 31 of December 2010 experience a definite increase of 2.4%:

Group 1: EUR 14,226.89.

Group 2: EUR 15,222.76.

Group 3: € 16,503.20.

Group 4: EUR 18,352.75.

Group 5: 20.913.57 euros.

Group 6: € 24,470.30.

Group 7: EUR 29,734.30.

Group 8: EUR 37,701.36.

The guaranteed minimum wage allocated to full-time workers will be 14,226.89 gross annual per year for 2011.

Likewise, the plusses collected in Article 39 of the Convention, which is consequently modified, are definitively fixed for 2011, in the following amounts:

Group 1: EUR 25.00/day.

Group 2: 26.76 euros/day.

Group 3: EUR 29.02/day.

Group 4: 32.23 euros/day.

Group 5: 36.71 euros/day.

Group 6: EUR 43.02/day.

Group 7: 52.25 euros/day.

Group 8: 66.24 euros/day.

For 2011, Article 40 of the Convention on the amount of allowances is amended as follows:

One meal: 19.33 euros.

Two meals: 33.06 euros.

Full diet: 65.93 euros.

As regards mileage, in accordance with the content of Article 37 of the Convention, the amount of the mileage shall not be adjusted and shall be updated only on its basis for future increases, in accordance with Article 37 of the Convention. EUR 0.32 per kilometre.
