Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2012 of the Collective Agreement on the Trade in Paper and Graphic Arts (Convention Code No 99001105011981), which was signed on 19 January 2012, Part of the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Booksellers (CELAG) and the Federation of National Associations and Distributors of Editions (FAMOE) representing companies in the sector, and the other by trade union organizations CHTJ-UGT and CC.OO. representing the employees of the same, and in accordance with the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, recast adopted by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of agreements and collective work agreements,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned Salarial Tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

In Madrid on January 19, 2012, the Joint Commission of the Convention reviewed to deal with the following issues is gathered:

Seen the result of the actual year 2011 CPI that has been 2.4% and as established in the art. 20 of the Collective Agreement the updating of salary tables from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012, increasing the previous tables by 2.8% (2.4% CPI 2011 plus 0.4%).

M. Dolores Díez García is empowered to carry out the necessary paperwork for the registration and corresponding publication in the General Directorate of Labour.

No more issues to be dealt with are closed at 13:00.
