The instruction of the Admiral of the fleet no. 1/2009, 14 December, which develops the Organization of the fleet according to the instruction of the Chief Admiral of State greater No. 52/2009, of July 31, by which the Organization of the armed forces, develops attributed to Admiral maritime action competence in the field of processing and resolution of maritime agreement finds records with the legislation in force.

Organizational reasons of efficiency and speed in the processing of records of maritime findings make advisable a delegation of powers conferred on the Admiral of maritime action relating to maritime finds in the Naval command Commander Admiral of the Canary Islands.

Second. Delegation of powers.

The competences related to the processing and resolution of maritime finds in the Canary archipelago records are delegated in Admiral Commander of the Naval command of the Canary Islands.

Third party. Administrative resolutions.

Administrative decisions taken pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall indicate expressly this circumstance, stating in the antefirma 'by delegation"with reference to this resolution.
