Having regard to the contents of the salary tables for the year 2011 of the collective agreement of the animal food manufacturing sector (Convention code number 99000275011981) which was signed with a date of 2 February 2012, on the one hand, by the Spanish Confederation of Food Manufacturers for Animals (CESFAC), representing companies in the sector, and, on the other, by the union organizations UGT and CC.OO., representing the workers of the same, and in accordance with Article 90 (2) and (3), of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of March 24, and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 May, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
