In accordance with the provisions of Article 86.2 of the Constitution, the Congress of Deputies, in its session of today, agreed to validate the Royal Decree-Law 13/2012 of 30 March, for which directives are transposed in (a) the internal market for electricity and gas in the field of electronic communications, and for which measures are taken for the correction of deviations from the mismatch between the costs and revenues of the electricity and gas sectors; published in the Official Gazette of the State, number 78 of 31 March 2012.
