Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for improving quality in the General Administration of the State, in Chapter III of which regulates the programme of letters of service, providing for its Article 11.1 that letters of service and subsequent updates shall be approved by resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the body belongs or is bound or attached to the proposing body, subject to a favourable report by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services.

In its virtue, prior to the favorable report of 16 April 2012, of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services, I have resolved:

First.

Approve the update of the Charter of Services of the Provincial Head of Traffic in Huesca.

Second.

Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Bulletin".
